“I taught Kelsey's Religion and Social Justice class in Fall 2025, and she consistently stood out as engaged, motivated, and intentional. She utilized the science of ‘message design’ when crafting infographics and slides for the class. Every color, typography, and image had a purpose. She demonstrated a true passion for art and design, and you could see that care reflected in the quality of her work. I have saved her work to show as examples for future students, and also ensured I would have her help us with visual design and photography for local nonprofit projects.”

“Kelsey was a superb soldier, public affairs professional and leader, working two levels higher than her rank. Due to a manning gap, she stepped up to become the primary social media manager for the Ivy Division's platforms. Kelsey was easily the most adaptable public affairs soldier in the Division. She is able to manage a multitude of tasks with constant changes without missing a beat. She is an enterprising person, with a winning attitude and has enabled the Division public affairs team to reach more soldiers, civilians and families than before she joined the team. She is a true example of the talent the public affairs corps has.”

“We are a family of 4 and have never had professional pictures taken. I saw Kelsey’s work on Facebook and immediately fell in love. On our picture day, I was nervous with two small children, wondering if they’d vibe well. She made them feel super comfortable and helped get them in a smiling mood. She gave us all great feedback and posing options and honestly made it a great experience. We are so happy and in absolute love with how our pictures came out and how she captured our family’s love. She creates art through her camera.”
